Welcome to the Smart Farmer Store! By joining our Membership and Direct Selling Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which outline your responsibilities, membership benefits, and our expectations for all participants. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
Members must provide accurate, complete information during registration and agree to keep their information updated.
Membership is non-transferable and intended for personal use only.

2. Membership Responsibilities

Honest Representation: Members are required to represent Smart Farmer Store products and opportunities truthfully. Misleading claims, exaggerations, or false statements about product benefits or income potential are strictly prohibited.

Compliance: Members must comply with all applicable laws, including advertising regulations, and follow Smart Farmer Store’s policies and guidelines.

Professional Conduct: Members are expected to conduct themselves professionally and courteously, avoiding any behavior that could damage Smart Farmer Store’s reputation. 

3. Earnings and Compensation

Commissions and Bonuses: Members can earn commissions and bonuses through product sales and team-building activities as outlined in our Compensation Plan. Earnings are based on individual performance and are not guaranteed.

No Guaranteed Income: Income levels vary by participant. Smart Farmer Store does not guarantee income, as earnings depend on factors such as effort, time investment, sales volume, and market conditions.

Payment Method: Members must provide accurate payment information to receive commissions. Smart Farmer Store is not liable for payment delays due to incorrect or outdated information.

4. Membership Fees and Optional Purchases

Membership: Membership in Smart Farmer Store’s Direct Selling Program is ONLY 2999/- INR, with Includes all Tax.

Optional Purchases: Members may choose to purchase products for personal use or demonstration purposes. Such purchases are entirely voluntary and not a requirement for participation.

Refund Policy: Products purchased by members for personal use are subject to Smart Farmer Store’s Non-Refundable. 

5. Marketing and Promotional Materials

Use of Branding: Members may use approved Smart Farmer Store logos, images, and promotional materials provided in the member dashboard. Unauthorized or altered use of branding is prohibited.

Digital Marketing: Members may promote Smart Farmer Store products online, provided they adhere to our social media and advertising guidelines.

Prohibited Practices: Members may not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or unauthorized claims in any promotional activities.

6. Privacy and Data Usage

Data Collection: Smart Farmer Store collects personal information for membership administration, earnings tracking, and member communication.

Data Protection: Member data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

Right to Update Information: Members may access and update their personal information through their account dashboard. 

7. Termination of Membership

Voluntary Termination: Members may terminate their membership at any time by contacting Smart Farmer Store support.

Termination for Cause: Smart Farmer Store reserves the right to terminate a membership for violations of these terms, including unethical conduct, dishonest representation, or breach of policies.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all rights to earn commissions, use branding, and access resources will be revoked.

8. Limitation of Liability

Smart Farmer Store will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program.

No Warranty: Smart Farmer Store makes no guarantees regarding the success, income potential, or business outcomes associated with membership. 

9. Amendments and Updates

Smart Farmer Store reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions, the Compensation Plan, or any program policies at its discretion. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the member dashboard.

Continued membership after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Chandigarh, U.T., India. Any disputes arising from participation in the program will be resolved in the courts of Chandigarh, U.T., India Only.
